Project Overview
Marcus is a character driven independent feature film about a man living with mental illness who is trying to put his life back together while navigating complicated relationships, past trauma, and his own internal battles. The film explores family, friendship, accountability, and what it really means to heal.
Why This Project Matters
Marcus reflects my interest in emotionally rooted storytelling and projects that sit at the intersection of humanity, vulnerability, and craft. It also represents the kind of collaborative producing I enjoy, where creative ambition is supported by grounded, thoughtful production leadership. JR Poli is a very gifted writer and I look forward to his next projects.
